Have you ever wanted a very large tablet? How large?
The Samsung Galaxy View is coming our way relatively soon, and it is a massive 18.4-inch tablet. It‘s hard to imagine what such a huge tablet would look like, but luckily now we have some leaked press images to give us a very good idea.
The South Korean manufacturer first gave us a glimpse of the tablet back in September, clearly showing its Microsoft Surface-esque kickstand. More recently, early listings on third-party sellers spotted by several websites revealed that the 32GB version will cost you $600.
While those listings aren‘t available anymore and have been removed, but we have learned that it will include an Exynos 7580 SoC, a Full HD display, 32GB of storage, 2GB of RAM and a microSD slot that supports cards up to 128GB in capacity.
While those specs might not sound like much, it is obviously targeting people who want a tablet mainly for media consumption at a relatively low price, but want a larger screen than is currently on the market. Whether or not it will be a success remains to be seen, but we would be more than willing to see how it stacks up.
