The covers are likely to be taken off the Huawei P10 at MWC 2017, where the Chinese company will unveil its newest flagship effort.
Huawei has begun sending out “œsave the date“ invites for its Mobile World Congress 2017 press conference, which kicks off on the afternoon of Sunday, February 26 in Barcelona, Spain. According to the invite, the Chinese company will unveil ‘‘a new flagship device‘‘ which means the P10 schedule has definitely been pushed up. The newest Mate series device was released a couple of months ago so it is safe to assume this will be the P10.
As we‘ve seen with previous iterations of Huawei‘s flagship devices, the P10 will more than likely keep the design language of the predecessor but take some queues from the Mate 9 phablet.
As of yet, we‘ve seen very little regarding the Huawei P10 in the rumour mill, which is surprising if the device is only a couple of months away. Some details were leaked from a dubious source (hence it not being widely reported), the only interesting part being that is might come with a curved display in toe. It might also have a glass back, which is a big departure from the norm in the line.
Another leak from 2016 might have a bit more credence (link below), which looks more like a successor we would expect.
